HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
By default, the last delivery address used will be saved in your Sample Store account. When you collect your order, the default delivery address is displayed and you can change it if necessary.

HOW TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
Instructions for activating your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, the email software of your email service provider may block it. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
At this time, we only accept credit / debit using Stripe, Paypal, and Mon Cash payments.

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL? HOW IT WORKS?
Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. When verifying your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal Express payment option. Be sure to fill in the correct details for a quick and hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment notice will be automatically generated in our store system for your order.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes! It is generally misunderstood that a Paypal account is required to make payments via Paypal. The truth is that you do NOT need it, although we strongly recommend that you register to take advantage of the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is a debit / credit card listed below which is supported by Paypal.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A DELAY IN DELIVERY ON MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)
We take these matters very seriously and will carefully consider individual cases. Any item that falls into the categories below should not be discarded before taking a photo print and emailing us the photo of the item and your DO (delivery note) to sales@lixirmart.com (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall into the categories below.

1. In case of damaged package received, we will need photo proof of the packages concerned and your DO (delivery slip) so that we can investigate and examine them before taking the decision to return the package to you free of charge. , subject to availability. In light of this, anything falling into this category should not be thrown away before taking a photo print and emailing the photo to sales@lixirmart.com

2. In case of loss of mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there is a clear indication that your order is actually lost, we will resend the order to you free of charge, subject to availability.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT?
Due to high demands, customers should expect to receive their orders within fifteen (15) to Twenty Two (22) business days after the payment is verified.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help you confirm the status of your order.

WHAT ARE THE ACCUMULATED DELIVERY COSTS FOR? HOW MUCH ARE THE HANDLING FEES?
